One Day Seminar on 27.10.2007

BACKGROUND
The Companies Act, 1956 is a masterpiece of legislation regulating operation of companies registered under the Act. Companies are faced with numerous compliance requirements not only under the Companies Act, 1956 but also under a number of other legislations. Due to pressures and complexities in the day-to-day operations there are possibilities for slip ups in the compliance of some of the important provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.

MCA 21 has been in operation for over one and half years and there are still a number of critical issues to be addressed and brought to the knowledge of Ministry of Corporate Affairs for appropriate action.

Apart from being a refresher programme and discussions on MCA 21, it is desired to discuss latest case studies relating to provisions of Section 621A of the Act.
