The Southern India Regional Conference of Students is being organized at Chennai on Saturday, the 26th of August, 2006.
The theme of the Conference is “ADVANTAGE COMPANY SECRETARY”. The technical sessions are as follows:
1) Vision of budding Company Secretary
2) Postal Ballot - boon or bane of corporate democracy (2 students will be speaking
for and against the topic)
3) Art of Communication
4) Mock Interview
The Conference will be held at Samavesh”, Hotel Savera, 146, Dr.Radhakrishnan Salai, Chennai – 600 004 from 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.
The participation fee for the conference is fixed at a nominal cost of Rs.200/- per participant (to cover the expenses of coffee/tea/lunch and cost of conference kit).

Picnic - Venue changed
Since the time we announced the picnic details, we have been receiving feedback in the form of requests to change the venue, largely because many have already been to Talakad. Being responsive and flexible that CS Elite is, we appreciate your honest feedback and have agreed to change the venue.
The venue for the forthcoming picnic on Tuesday, 15 August is KANVA reservoir, 100 kms from bangalore, off Mysore Road. It is home to a beautiful dam and makes a perfect picnic spot! Also, despite the chosen day being a general holiday, KANVA will not have many visitors, which is another reason for us to change the venue.
We trust that since we have now accommodated your request, the registrations will shoot up and we will have larger gathering of students. Kindly inform all your CS friends accordingly.
Please note all other details will remain same - Rs. 300 per head (includes: breakfast, lunch and evening snacks), departure at 7am from St. Josephs' Indian High School and arrival at 7:30pm at the same place.

CS ELITE, a group of students and young members, is organising a day's picnic for all CS students. The venue has been chosen to ensure that it is a cool place to enjoy and relax on a general public holiday.

Charges: Rs. 300 per head (refundable if it is in excess of actuals). The charges include breakfast, lunch and evening snacks.

Smooth take off, cruised at high altitude and landed without any jitters!
UDAAN - the professional flight - has landed after completing a successful, fun filled, entertaining and educative trip. 2 days of this travel gave the participants lots to learn, enjoy and carry forward in their lives.
The enthusiasm of the volunteers and participants was awe-inspiring. CS ELITE extends its heart-felt thanks to all those who arrived and made this journey a life-time memory. We also thank all those volunteers who selflessly gave in their best to ensure the passengers have a safe and a successful journey. We are sure the volunteers had a great time of fun and learning and will surely volunteer in same spirit and enthusiasm for future activities. We also request other students to take more active part in student activities and realise the essence of the same in their professional growth.

Apart from this, how to crack professional examination, Tips on facing interview, Antakshari, Quiz etc were very well received by the student fraternity

Since our inception, it has always been our cherished dream to have the largest gathering of students of the CS community under the same roof.
MILAAP – the first all-Karnataka Students’ Conference saw this dream come true!
More than 200 students from all over Karnataka attended this conference. CS ELITE was the proud facilitation committee of this historic event. Months of hard work, continuous meetings, rampant marketing and advertising and the unceasing dedication by the staff of the Bangalore Chapter and the ELITEs made this event a success and an inspiration for bigger dreams.
Events like professional development, mock annual general meeting, quiz competition were the highlighting aspects of this conference. The organizers of this conference were appreciated and applauded by all and sundry.
